This document the accomplishment report during my internship as Quality Assurance and Junior Developer. It contains reports that highlights my task during the week, like checking the API’s, the staging platform of the site and reports about the project that my team have been working on.
A weekly progress report is an essential documentation tool, ensuring transparency and accountability in the On-The-Job Training (OJT) program. Both trainees and supervisors can easily monitor completed tasks, track the progress, and pinpoint challenges requiring attention. This report serves as a reference guide for future improvement and decision-making through recording of daily activities like meetings, testing, and feature development. This enhances trainee to mentor communication regarding alignment of expectations and efficient performance in work.
